AURORA — Looking for anyone and everyone to sue is nothing new for lawyers and plaintiffs.

That appears to be the case for the parents of the 3-year-old boy killed in an accident at an Aurora ice cream shop on South Havana Street in 2008. The parents are suing many who came into contact with Francis Hernandez, an illegal immigrant found guilty of causing the crash.

I am fine with all of that. I bet the claims about the building, box, and road will be dropped. They are just filler to make it appear full and well thought.  The claim against the dead driver's family might go seeing how the driver was high.  The claims against the dealership, and the people who gave the illegal the Suburban are good.  Now I really like the claim about failing to report illegal status.  I think the claim should go to the Fed Gov. instead of the local LEO's.  Nothing will ever come of the illegal status claim of course, but it is nice to know people are trying to hold gov. accountable for the lack of control over illegals.
